IF Motivation Is Related To Effort Than Emotion Is Related To

Motivation Is Related To Effort Than Emotion Is Related To

While scrolling down the feeds ,one question gets highlighted "motivation is related to effort than emotion is related to". I strongly concur with the statement.

Think if Bill gates ,Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg after getting drop out from college gets more emotional and stop trying to do anything. Will they be Billionaire's today? The answer would be obviously not.
What if you become a clerk in an government office and your dream was to become an I A S
officer ,after studying 2 long years?Imagine...

Going not so far just carefully observe the snap below

For these people who want to give up,I want to point out the career journey of our great World cup winning captain (in all three formats)
"Mahendra Singh Dhoni" .Due to excellent cricketing skills he got a job in Railways as a Ticket collector. He noticed that other colleagues who entered job with their cricketing skills were satisfied with the job and settled with their earnings. He realized that they even did not want to improve or want to play cricket anymore. He was blessed to have a mentor in Railways Mr "Animesh Ganguly",who promoted talents in Railways, but none of them used him in a proper way except dhoni.

Dhoni used to do extra duties(in railways) for extra practice sessions. As if  Dhoni was talented ,he could not make up a position in India team after giving good performance in many tournaments until he played the Deodhar trophy finals.

As a common man it is imaginable, that the gap between each tournament would not be short. So how much downfall had he faced in his entire career?Waiting for a career break .Evidently, the person gets demotivated in many ways. The thought of giving up might have came up in his mind due to successive failures .Majority of people might have doubted if they could even be in team?

In his case if he had given motivation to his emotion he would never have rised up from a ticket collector and he would have never been known to us as world cup winning captain who bought the title with a massive winning six with an ultimate self confidence.

Instead he believed in his abilities than emotion and worked hard on his weakness and mastered in it .That's it, simple formula. In short,I would like to say ,if you have set a goal don't change it until it is achieved it,as there would be many factors to deviate you from reaching your destination.Be you and keep self belief. It will happen one day.So let's become success together😍(share maximum)

I have taken the example of Dhoni ,as he proved that even"A Small Town Boy Can Conquer The World Of Cricket" which seemed to unimagined before. He believed in himself ,he was not ready to give up his dreams. Nothing is impossible until you believe in yourself.
